About us

Rosedene Law was founded by Louise Randall. Louise is described by her clients as being in touch with the commercial situation of what they are trying to achieve.

Origins of our name

‘Rosedene’ was the name of the arable farm Louise’s maternal grandparents ran in Norfolk. The name ‘Rosedene’ carries many fond memories. ‘Rosedene’ is also the name of a cottage, currently owned by the National Trust, which was once the home of the working class Chartist movement.

The Chartist movement fought for political reform in Great Britain between 1838 to 1857. The strategy was to use the scale of support of petitions signed by millions of working people which were presented to the House of Commons.

The Chartist movement campaigned to fight against political corruption and for democracy in an industrial society, including the opposition against wage cuts and unemployment.

I have worked with Louise since 2007 spanning at least 5 different companies that I worked for up until today. The reason for that; Louise has provided me with timely and impeccable advice and information throughout that time and I couldn’t have functioned as efficiently in my roles without her. I have worked with her throughout her corporate career until she founded Rosedene Law. In recent years I have also benefited from her expertise in Data Protection. Rosedene Law has acted as the key Data Protection advisor on any issues that have arisen. Whilst in senior roles in US owned corporations with large international presence, her highly impressive network of global contacts has also proved invaluable.
